WP Event Manager Mobile-App SLOW

  • Hi,

    I have being using the plugins for a while, and recently after the update of the app, it is very slow compared to the last version.

    Please improve, otherwise no use of the app. If 200+ attendees attend and it takes 5-6 seconds to scan each.

    after enter the login details, it is slower now to load the main page, slower to load attendee and slower to scan.

    Please investigate.

    Can you please look into this urgently with the developers why it is very slow to scan, even swiping attendees in is slow on the app. Almost taking 6 seconds. We tried increasing the server performance and still the same issue. Please investigate
