    Hi,

    I am looking for an update on the mobile app issue I am facing and frustrating event organisers.

    When I am test scanning the tickets I get confirmation response 2-3 seconds after scanning a ticket. But on the event day when I have 4-5 people on scanners, scanning people in, I get a confirmation response of 8-10 seconds per ticket after scanning a ticket

    When you test it will be fine, just one scanner and ticket. But on event day it’s different scenario.

    this is really frustrating..I have recently upgraded my servers and optimised my database but still this slow query is happening

    Could you please help me with this issue? Its really frustrating and organisers are not coming back because of this issue.

    Maybe code needs to be optimised to handle many queries on the day of the event.

    There is no issue when you test because there is no load. How can you test load with user?

    The issue happens on the day when there 3-4 people scanning tickets in.

    The app cannot properly handle the multiple query at the same time.

    We understand your concern. However we have tested with multiple devices at the same time it is working fine from our end, if you provide us the details in the ticket we will investigate it further.
