WP error with installing new theme

Do you have the same error with themes from here:

Unzip the folder first and just check there isnt another zipped folder inside
sometimes there is as there could also be a manual and psd files in there too

No. This is a wp-theme I bought from themeforest.com. I have the zip file which I am trying to install with no success. I tried to do it in IE and Chrome but both give me the same error message.

please contact themeforest directly for support with any problems regarding their themes.

This is not a themeforest problem. It seems like wordpress is playing up. It’s not even rendering properly at the moment. I have contacted the designer in case but it seems like its wordpress not working the way it should.
