WP ERP Malfunction

    The download process of the plugin works fine.
    It’s during the setup process I get to adding an employee I get issues of the plugin redirecting to a page says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” The problem with that is in fact I’m the creator and administrator of the site.
    Right now the site is in a subdomain during the creation and that domain is https: secured. This is not the issue.
    Please advise if WP ERP developers aware of problems and resolutions.

    Our apologies for being late. Somehow we missed the topic you raised.

    Anyway, I’m not sure why you are facing the problem but I can assure you this is not a malfunction! Maybe the problem with the user permission you are trying with. WP ERP requires several levels of permissions based on the roles. I assume somehow the user missed any permission that requires.

    You can try any user capabilities plugin to check if the user got missing any ERP related permission. Or you can take help from our support center, if necessary.
