WP Engine Support?

I love this plugin a lot. I’m building a multisite network and it’s perfect for my users to be able to add privacy quickly and easily from their own dashboard. However, I’m switching to WPEngine next month and noticed you stated that your plugin does not work because of their caching. Is there a fix being developed for this? I’d love to continue to use this plugin.
