WP encounters DB error after disabling plugins
-
Today after I logged into my website after a while, I noticed a lot of plugins as well as WP needs to be upgraded. My site was running W3 Total Cache and I tried to deactivate it before attempting any other upgrade, but as soon as I click on deactivate, my site whole site returns with a DB error, specifically:
Warning: mysql_query() [function.mysql-query]: Access denied for user 'hakinkin'@'localhost' (using password: NO) in /home/hakinkin/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1042 Warning: mysql_query() [function.mysql-query]: A link to the server could not be established in /home/hakinkin/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1042 Error establishing a database connection
You can see it here: https://www.hakinkin.info
Anybody knows how I can fix this? I was running WP 3.4.2 with the standard Twenty Eleven theme, if that helps.
