    Hi There,

I cannot replicate. Have you tried disabling all other plugins, switching to a basic theme. Do other options pages work? WP Email Capture uses the Settings API, so if it doesn’t work, nothing else should.

    Hey Rhys Wynne,
Thanks for the quick response. ?? I Disabled all other plug ins and tried again, same thing. My word press is out of date which i am afraid is causing the issue. I was thrown on to managing this website just to add your email capture plug in, so i am a bit nervous to update word press all together for it may break everything else they have done and i dont want to be involved with that. haha.
If you dont mind me asking, have you ever experienced updating wordpress and had full site failures after?
    currently running 3.5.1 ??

Not a problem ?? – I did notice the WordPress Version: 3.1 in the sidebar just now. Apologies for missing it.

If I may, both what you have suggested does seem to suggest your host may be able to help you further. I suggest contacting them.

One question while waiting for the host to help me update WordPress to the latest. is there a way i could just hard code (edit the raw code instead of just short code) for the email capture plug in to have the email subject line that we want?

I’d advise against this. Whenever I update the plugin it will overwrite your changes.

I strongly recommend speaking to your host, find out why you cannot save options.
