I have released wp-print and wp-email to be compatible with WP 2.0. It is tested and works on a live server (https://www.lesterchan.net/wordpress)

If there are any bugs/errors, please let me know, gamerz84 AT hotmail DOT com

Thanks so much for the support guys!

Anyone get this working on 2.0.2? My WP-Print seems to be working fine, but WP-Email only generates a blank page (i.e. https://www.subaquasternalrubs.com/archives/2006/03/14/wordpress-upgraded-to-202/email/)

I did not change my .htaccess or anything else, other than the core WP files.

It’s working fine for me at UNSG.org in 2.02, but I have another problem (not 2.2 related).

Watching its use, I see a lot of spam being attempted by a robot most likely. It’s using the form to send email to various letter combinations @unsg.org. Now obviously, I wouldn’t be emailing articles to myself (the only one with such addresses).

Is it possible to include a line in the code that prevents mailing posts to addresses with a defined domain?

edwinkort: My site is switching host, will be backup by today.

emt036: Did you try to regenerate the permalink again?

    Tfleming: as in blacklist domain?

okie, my main site is up. forums, dev site will be up after I got home. Stupid proxy blocking direct admin, cant create extra databases.

GamerZ — yes, that sounds right. Just want to check the email to which the post is being forwarded and prevent it from being sent if it includes my domain name (no one should be sending to that).

sounds good, okie if I got the time I will add it before 1st april updates.

Yup, regenerated permalink, as well as re-uploaded all the WP-Email files. The Email Manager in the Admin panel comes up fine, but it seems to be the wp-email.php that is having the problems.

weird, did u change the permalink then save, then try?

    emt036

    (@emt036)

Yup, did that. I’ll try downloading/reinstalling now that the download is back up. Thanks.

Upgraded from WP-Email 2.02 to 2.03, which seems to work with WP2.0.2. Thanks!

weird is there a site I can see?

Hi GamerZ — wondering if you were able to address the problem discussed earlier about bots using WP-Email, with the possibility of denying its functionality to selected domain names (no one should be emailing the posts to addresses with my domain in them).

(See about 11 posts back on this thread.)

    Thanks,
    Tony

yap, i am still deciding to add blacklist domains or use image verification, which of course image verification is easier.
