WP-Editor causing issues on plugin page after 4.8 update

Hi!
I have a pretty strange issue. I just updated WP to 4.8, and I got this list of errors on the Plugins page. Also, the Activate/deactivate/Edit links are missing. If I deactivate the plugin, everything goes back to normal.
