Wp -Ecommerce Variation & quality dropdowns

I have two dropdown menu’s one for sizes and one quality. For the product I am selling, I need the order first and then I make the product. I can make 10 products no problem. hence my quality goes up to 10. I created this drowndown for the quality in the wpsc-single_products.php but it messes up when I add the sizes. So I tried to add that dropdown manually and have the Variation turned off, its get my dropdowns the way I want it, but does not apply the size to the order. So my question for this one is, is there way to have sizes apply to the order with the dropdown I created or is there away with javascript to update my quality dropdown when a size is selected using the Variation?
