Wp-ecommerce: two stores on same site?

I am setting up a new site for the sale of a food product. I want to have a retail store for the general public and then an account holders only store for wholesale volume purchases by retailers.

I haven’t found “members only” login plugin I want yet but wonder if there is any reason I can’t have two completely separate stores on the same site using the wp-ecommerce plugin.

Also, any recommendations on a home page “account holders” login would be great!
