WP Ecommerce Table shipping ignored – zero value, checkout not working

    I did this:
    Order 2 items and try to checkout. Shipping value is zero – not using the value from the table shipping. Message is:
    Please select one of the available shipping options, then we can process your order.

    I expected WP e-Commerce to do this:
    Allow order processing
    Instead it did this:
    Message is:
    Please select one of the available shipping options, then we can process your order.
    Stuck here. No customers can order.

    Okay, where can I download 3.8.13.3 version? My sales are completely down.

    Okay. Upgraded Gold Cart to 2.9.7.8 – still broken:

    I then deactivated WP e-commerce and deleted it, I used phpadmin to delete the checkout form table in the database. I installed wp-ecommerce 3.8.13.3 and now it works. How do I successfully upgrade to get on the current level, still have table shipping, and be able to get checkout to work?

    This is still a problem. If someone is able to work on it, I can upgrade the site to 3.8.14.1 to demonstrate the problem. I would love to get past this. I am not at all certain that I have full functioning as it is and checkout is the most critical part of the whole process. No checkout. No sales.
