wp-ecommerce – Purolator shipping method integration

I was trying to integrate wp-ecommerce plugin with Purolator shipping module, using this plugin: https://www.nsp-code.com/premium-plugins/wordpress-plugins/wp-e-commerce-purolator-shipping/

I selected all countries as target market, entered base country, zip code, entered the purolator credentials. Selected all countries as target market of all product categories.

But still I am getting the error:

Sorry, online ordering is unavailable to this destination and/or weight. Please double check your destination details.

Any help is very much appreciated to fix this error.
