• Gentlemen,

    We currently have an Office 365 Shared Mailbox that is being utilized to send emails. The username of the shared mailbox will have the format: “[email protected]\sharedmailbox.com”. After we enter all the configuration details and save the settings, the ‘\’ character is not being interpreted properly and is causing authentication problems.

    Please provide us clarifications on the above and how we can solve this issue. Please note that the same settings are working fine for “Awesome Support Ticketing System”.
