WP Easy Pay (Premium) Input Forms stopped working

    My WP Easy Pay (Premium) input forms and credit card submit buttons have stopped working. JQuery form validation is no longer working. Credit card payment submit button no longer working. We have been using WP Easy Pay (Premium) successfully with SQUARE since February 2019. Last successful CC payment was submitted on Sep27-2019. I have installed just one new WP Plugin within the last two weeks (Google Analytics Dashboard for WP) — could there be a conflict? Also recently updated to WordPress 5.2.4. Any guidance would be appreciated! Thank you!
