    I am using the AntiSpam feature on a website that also uses WP E-Signature.

    When the “Contact forms” protection is ACTIVE, nearly every submission is marked as spam.
    As soon as I disable protection for contact forms in Cleantalk, all the forms go through as expected.
    Is it possible to allow these forms to be submitted while keeping the “contact forms” protection active?

    I’ve looked at the requests in your logs. The “Contact forms” option has no effect, it’s just a coincidence in your tests.

    Please do the following:

    1. WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → set the “Set cookies” option to “Store data in the website database (alternative mechanism)” → Save Changes.
    2. Set the cache update time on the site to no more than 24 hours. Then clear all the cache on your website.
    3. Make a new test and write to us.

    I am using LiteSpeed on Open Lite Speed server.

    I used the settings you suggested and it seems to have resolved the issue – I won’t know for sure until we have more customers submit the form.
