This has been happening for awhile and due to the abysmal search function, I have not been able to find more info about this problem either here or on the getshopped.org forums.

Fur an unknown reason (probably due to an update) my PDF products no longer download properly: people say they get a zero byte size error when they try to open it after download.

I have checked, and my PDF files are good, not corrupt.

For any others who have this problem:

My issue was resolved when I deactivated NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati plugin.

Thanks for finding this. I was not able to get my zip files to work but when I deactivated NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati plugin. The Wp Ecommerce pluggin allowed the zip files to download again. Now to get with NextGEN.

Did you work out how to fix this? I have spent a lot of time creating Next Gen galleries now I can’t have downloadable products as well?

I had to abandon WP-eCommerce completely after another issue that was unsolvable

If anyone else is having this conflict with Nextgen Gallery, please let us know and we’ll reach out to them to partner with us on a fix.

Hi there, I had the same problem.
For me It was a conflict between WooCommerce 2.2.x and “NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati”.

I simply disabled the later one and the download function will work again.

    Hope this is helpful.
