• We’re using WP ecommerce for our online teashop (ThePerfectPause.com). Someone recently updated our shopping cart and since then we have experienced the following issues:

    1. Before the shopping cart upgrade our products were displayed by tea variety in “our teas”. The varieties were; Black Tea, Green Tea, Herbal Tea, White Tea, Oolong Tea, Puerh Tea. Now they all generate in one long list, this is not very user friendly.

    2. When a customer adds a product to the cart the “cart total” and “go to checkout” appear at the very top of the screen and this requires the customer to scroll up to look for the box. Before it appears on the right sidebar where ever the customer was so they didn’t have to scroll to look for it.

    3. Some tea pictures are appearing too large on the site and covering up product descriptions and pricing. (I think I can fix this).

    4. Our site used to process credit cards. Now the only payment options are: google checkout, paypal express and paypal. Previously we did use paypal as our credit card processor but customers could use Mastercard, Visa, etc. I tried to process a transaction but it wouldn’t let me.

    5. We used to have a box “same as billing info” that a customer could check if shipping info was the same as billing info. That’s disappeared and unless it’s a gift the customer has to enter this in twice.

    6. The last customer’s info is populating in the “billing and shipping” fields. Seeing this would be an obvious turn-off for customers thinking of entering their personal information.

This has really put us out of commission. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!
