WP E-commerce solutions for service business

    I have a client who owns a business offering fine art classes (painting/sculpting/music lessons) for children and adults.

    She wants to move to online payments for her classes. Currently everything is processed by hand, penciled into a calendar.

    There is one crucial question that she has that I don’t have the answer to: how to maintain a master list of a class for both online registrations and walk-ins?

    I have looked at the 2 major e-commerce plugins (wp-ecommerce and woocommerce) and I don’t see where there’s a way to add in a “manual” sales entry (so that she can keep track of all her registrations so that she does not oversell a class). Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this using an e-commerce plugin?
