WP E-Commerce ‘shipping same as billing’ not working

    Hi folks

    I’m having an issue with the ‘Shipping Same As Billing’ option not working on my WP E-Commerce checkout. Everything else with the shopping cart is working fine but the client really wants the shipping same as billing functionality.

    Wordpress: 2.8, theme CraftyCart
    WP E-Commerce: 3.7.4, default theme

    On the WP E-Commerce forums I found this solution but unfortunately it’s not working for me. Thanks to the ‘delivertoafriend’ hack above I have got the checkbox to show, however I have not been able to get it to actually work, and I have tried both @dankobler and @cacao’s wp-ecommerce.js changes, and edited the unique_name fields in the database as suggested.

    Any more thoughts out there on how to get this working?
