Theme: WordPress 2013 1.2The shop is not setup to ask the user for billing or shipping information, rather it uses the info provided by PayPal.
Since upgrading WPEC to 3.8.14 it is no longer conveying shipping information to PayPal.
We’re using PayPal Payments Standard 2.0.
