wp e-commerce plugin broke my site… nothing shows up now

I downloaded and activated the WP E-commerce plugin, and after that all my single.php and page.php would not display any of the loops or outputs.

So I deactivated and deleted the plugin and now when I click on link to go to a single post or page it doesn’t register and it only loads my main index page no matter what… however the loop on my main index file is outputting correctly.. what the heck?

any ideas? Obviously the plugin changed some global setting huh? I just want to undo it.
