WP e-commerce Checkout not working properly

    Ok hey guys, I just turned upside down Google and tried all the tricks I read, and I still can not resolve the problems with the checkout. I did noticed that everything works perfectly is I’m logged as admin. But if I tried to buy as non logged in person I just start cycling on the checkout page and I can not go to Transaction Results. So any thoughts, ideas?

    And the page is https://ac11.si (sorry it is in Slovenian language), but to get to products, click floating button “Kupi AC-11”.

    Ray here with WP eCommerce Support.

    If you logged in as admin, are you able to get to the paypal page? Do you make sure that all your store information is filled up correctly?

    The 2 main issues that causes the checkout to cycling in the checkout page are
    1) wrong payment information
    2) JS conflict – mostly caused by plugin/theme conflict.

    Have you try switching the theme to WP.org theme with all plugins disabled but WPeC?

    Hi there,

    thanks for the quick answer. I just tired again to deactivate all the plugin and I still couldn’t escape the loop of Checkout – except if I was logged in. Is there any thing else I can do?

    Hi there, you can close the topics. I installed WOO-commerce and it works brilliant. 10 minutes of work and works like a charm.
