WP E-commerce and paypal email incompatability

    Hi,

    I’m using the latest versions of both WP and WP e-commerce plugin. I like them both, but keep getting the same error when trying to place an order through the site using paypal.

    The error is from PayPal:
    We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the “Ask Seller a Question” link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at https://www.paypal.com.

    I don’t see where to put in my email address in WP so paypal recognizes it. I’ve tried changing settings on the ecommerce payments page, but to no avail.

    What am i doing wrong?

  • Hi, hi. Did you ever figure this out? I’m getting the same problem. I’m beginning to think it’s something really obvious that I’m over-looking. Any ideas?
