• Hi all.

OK, I’m pounding my head against the wall because I can’t figure out what’s going on.

https://www.neopatents.net is a new design for an old site. I’ve tried to add WP-dtree to the sidebar, but as you can easily see, it is adding a carriage return between the + and/or – and the text of the item that should be next to it.

I’ve looked in all of the style areas, added (and subsequently removed) margin attributes as suggested in other forum posts… all to no avail.

Can anyone help me? I’m sure this is a simple thing, but I simply can’t figure it out.

    Thanks!

    ~Jeff

Well, I wasted a complete day on this. Finally figured out that it was a display:block versus display:inline problem.

I changed them all to figure out which one was causing the problem. Found that if I changed them in the sidebar’s CSS, it would work fine. I tried just changing them in the WP-dTree style code, no luck.

So, since changing it for the entire sidebar created more problems than it fixed, I had to take it all out.

What a waste of a day.
