    Hi,
I have a problem when I try to upload a file with WP-DownloadManager: the page give me a 403 Forbidden error, with this message:
You don’t have permission to access /foldersite/wp-admin/admin.php on this server.
The premission of the file is 755, but it’s a wordpress file and not a plugin file.
    Please help.
Thank you in advance for your precious support.
    Best regards

    Riccardo

Folders should be 755 and files is 644.

Check your error logs any more specific errors?

Hi, I’ve the same problem. I can’t edit or delete any file. The plugin always redirect me to a 403 forbidden error.

Hi, me too, I can’t edit or delete any file.
Plugin always redirect to 403 forbidden error.
And no error log in root folder and wp-admin folder.

For now, i just update my files from FTP, it works.

Same here, even when I choose in Browse File, i get this error.
    Anyone have solution?
    Thnx

Check your error logs any more specific errors? If you are unsure where to find it contact your host.

If you can go to “Add File” on the left menu just fine but when clicking ‘Add File’, it gives you 403. I am pretty sure it is some server config you have there that is blocking the form from being posted. Might be mod_security or some security software.
