  • Hey Ralph,

click on the tab Screen Options in the top right corner of your screen. There you can activate and deactivate all meta boxes registered for that screen.

Please let me know whether that solved you problem!

    Hi Konstantin,

in my screen options there is no such thing, only Attribute, Artikelbild, Benutzerdefinierte Felder, Diskussion, Kommentare, Titelform, Autor, Revisionen, Easy Gallery Manager, and Layout (Anzahl der Spalten).

But there is nothing called WP Display Header in that menu…

I activated it in the Plugin section, though.
    Any idea?

Maybe you want to have a look at my website: https://www.binaersystem.de

    Hi Konstantin,

still no idea what could help me?

    Ralph

    Hey Ralph,

    did you try:

    • Deactivating and reactivating WP Display Header?
    • Deactivating Easy Gallery Manager?
    • Deactivating Easy Gallery Manager and then deactivating and reactivating WP Display Header?

What Version of WordPress are you using?

I checked my code but I don’t see why the meta box should not appear…
Maybe there’s a problem with the other plugins you use?

    Hi Konstantin,

    I tried as you proposed:
Deactivating and reactivating WP Display Header
    Deactivating Easy Gallery Manager
Deactivating Easy Gallery Manager and then deactivating and reactivating WP Display Header

But it did not help. :-/

Then I deactivated all Plugins including WP Display Header. After this, I tried to reactivate WP Display Header and I got this error message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Obenland_Wp_Display_Header in /mnt/webd/d2/58/5788958/htdocs/binaersystem/portfolio/wp-content/plugins/wp-display-header/wp-display-header.php on line 576

Could this be the reason? Any idea?

    btw – I′m using WordPress 3.0

    Ralph

Okay, that’s weired. In line 576 the class declaration ends. How do you manage to redeclare it there? ??

Last resort: Try deleting the files and download it again from the repository. Maybe you wanna use the WordPress Backend for this and not try to upload it manually.

Oh and do yourself a favor: Update you WP install!
