WP designer required

  • https://www.surfshacks.co.uk is in need of major surgery. It already runs on wp but at the moment some pages need 21 seconds to load even on a broadband connection!!

    This has something to do with the current ad banner system in place which rejects staticise plug-ins so this would need restructuring. Other tasks include making a much more detailed sidebar, drop down menus in the sidebar, coding to make most things appear in random order & a multifield search facility.

    I’ve identified some themes which I would be happy to use since the current theme is fairly depressing. My main requirements are that it is super fast and classically simple.
