• Hi, my blog currently uses the WP Default theme which suits me fine, however I wish to change the blue heading at the top to look like a different theme.

My site is, https://www.rickyblayney.com and there you’ll see the blank blue header… I wish to use the header and links layout like on the following site, https://www.mtbleague.com without changing the rest of the default theme.

Is this simple and what must I change in the header theme editor and the Stylesheet theme header?

    Thanks

Yep I know that it’s an image, I have inserted the header from the theme on the mtbleague.com site into the default themes images, I’m just not sure how to remove the blue image header completely and insert the new image header in it’s place. I’m not great with the coding.

Ideally I want to be able to have the heading and links section from mtbleague.com on my default theme without losing the shape of that default theme.

just delete the old , and put the new image .

name it the same as the old one .

and you will not have to deal with coding .

I tried renaming the image in the coding to the new image which allowed it to appear however the blue box remained across the top.

Aside from that, is it easy to go about putting in the link menu bar from the mtbleague.com’s theme?

    i dont see it
