wp-db.php problem

  • Dear all,
    I host at https://www.host.sk and I already done everything on instalation guide.
    But i got this output when i run wp-instal :
    Warning: Unable to access /usr/local/apache/htdocs/b2-include/wp-db.php in /mnt/host-users/a/s/p/asp/b2config.php on line 337
    Fatal error: Failed opening required ‘/usr/local/apache/htdocs/b2-include/wp-db.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /mnt/host-users/a/s/p/asp/b2config.php on line 337
    please help
