    Fresh install of WordPress and a fresh install of your plugin and I’m getting an error and notices in wp-admin. They are just notices so no one would see them in production but they are never-the-less there.

    May I know where are you seeing this error? Is it in the backend or in the front end? If it is in the backend then it would be very helpful if you can share the website’s URL so that we can look into the issue.

    I was in wp-admin, still on the plugin screen just after activation. It was a fresh install of the newest WordPress version with define('WP_DEBUG', true) in the wp-config.php file. It’s a local development environment so there’s no URL to share.

    Try to disable any cache plug-in from sftp and than check.

    I only have the quiz plugin installed and activated at the time and still received the error. It only appeared once but, out of curiosity, I went to check the logs and saw this:

    Usage tracker failed due to following reason: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: data.quizandsurveymaster.com

    It might have happened because of the server connection issue. As you have mentioned, so you are not experiencing this issue on your website?

    No, it appeared once right after install but after navigating to another page it disappeared and hasn’t reappeared.
