WP-DB-Backup redirects to main public page

  • Hi,
    I installed the WP-DB-Backup plug-in on a blog, but when I try to do a manual download or email the backup to myself, it just redirects to the main (public) page of the blog. I installed it on some other blogs (on a different host) and it works just fine for those.
    I also tried installing WP-DB-Backup version 2.2.2 instead of version 2.2.3 – but still the same issue.
    If it helps, the blog having the issue is hosted on a Windows Web Server while the blogs that have the plug-in working are hosted on a Linux Web Server.
    Any help with the issue would be much appreciated!
