    After an update to version 5.0.7 the debug log shows:

    after someone tries to log in with a blacklisted username

    Please accept my apologies for your inconvenience.

    It looks like the AIOS plugin database has not been upgraded properly on your site. Can you please deactivate and activate the plugin and then try again?

    Let me know what will happen on your end.
