WP-DASHBOARD THEME

woot another theme from me again hehe hopefully i can get a nice comment this time as the my first theme was really a frustrating released but i did think my effort as wasted, in fact it even makes me to create new themes more instead hehe. anyways, here my new theme, i called it wp-dashboard as this theme is based on older version of wordpress dashboard.
