WP Dashboard “hamburger” menu no longer working

    Since installing the plugin, my main WordPress dashboard’s menu no longer opens and closes. I’ve deleted the plugin and reinstalled it and the problem persists. The issue makes it near impossible to navigate my control panel. I don’t want to switch to another plugin (there’s none better) and hope there’s a possible fix. Thanks for any help.

    When you get the chance, could you try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?

    Hi Ethan,

    I’ve gone through those steps and the problem persists. I’ve only been able to narrow it down to the plugin being present. As soon as I uninstall it, the problem disappears. I’ll re-read the article and double check to ensure I didn’t miss anything.

    Hi @chrisunseen,

    Thanks for the update. When you get the chance, please check that WPForms Lite and its environment are updated to their latest version. I’ve included more details below.

    – WordPress is now at 5.2.4, WPForms require a minimum WordPress version of 4.8.

    – WPForms Lite is now at version 1.5.5.1

    – PHP version: We recommend the latest version (7.3+ or greater) available from your host, and WPForms require version 5.3 or higher.
