Wp dark mode exclusion does not hold when switching page

    When you turn on dark mode for the first time and you have an exclusion, for example exclude the header from the dark mode it will work. However, once you switch page(while still having dark mode turned on) the exclusion will no longer work. The header will be affected by dark mode. Why is this bug happening and how to solve it?
