WP Custom Fields Search old version

Hi I’ve been using WP Custom Fields Search for a long time now and couple of weeks ago I’ve updated it to version 0.3.18 (not current 0.3.23) and it breaks my layout..

I cannot figure out how to turn it back the way it used to .. any chance I can get the version prior to 0.3.18?
