wp-cron with wget

I would like to create a cron job like this:
* * * * * wget -q -O – ‘https://mysite.com/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron&cron=true’;

But I am unable with my hosting (no cpanel or console mode). So I installed your plugin to try and do this.

Can I do this with your plugin and if so, how would I create the cron job I need?

Any steps would be appreciated.
