WP-Cron Not running

  • I have installed crontrol and no cron process is changing the date.
    Example:
    wphd_event_get_messages None 2014-06-19 05:32:06 (now) 10 minutes
    since 2014-06-19 are not running

    I have try the following:
    I have uninstalled all cache plugins.
    I have modified htaccess with this lines:
    <FilesMatch “(wp-cron\.php)$”>
    Allow from all
    </FilesMatch>
    At wp-config the wp.cron disable is not defined.
    I have deactivate one by one the plugins.

    im frustrated.

    please help.
