WP crapped out – error in wp-settings.php on line 70

    I haven’t touched my site since late October when i added a new blog post. Noticed today that it seems to have crapped out, citing an error in wp-settings.php on line 70 (see strangelibrarian.org/blog) for error.

    line 70 calls up class-wp.php.

    i have *no idea* what the issue is or how to fix it. help appreciated! I am not sure what WP vsn i’m running – but it’s not the latest.
