WP could not establish a secure connection to wordpress.or

Hello to all forum members from a newby.

I could install WP within 5 minutes as promised. However, when I am in the dashboard or any other menu, I receive first two error messages and then below them the actual menu content.
The message says (see in topic):
WP could not establish a secure connection to www.remarpro.com in C:\wamp\www\wordpress\wp-includes\update.php on line 295
Additional info in the error log:
This error could have to do with the settings of this server.

My admin assumes that this might have to do with the Apache settings.

Does anybody have a clue?
