    Hi!

We use the WP analytics for Woocommerce. We see that for some reason there is missing data in the analytics for 27 June – 1 July, even though there is a lot of orders on those dates. We do not think that we have changed any settings during those days. Anybody know what a possible reason for this might be?

Looking forward to hear from you ??

  • Hi @marteherness ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that Analytics is missing data for a specific date range, is this correct?

Can you please do the following, and see if this resolves the issue:

    • Navigate to Analytics → Settings, scroll down to Date type , and select Date Created on the dropdown:
    • Navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and click on Clear Analytics Cache
    • Import Historical Data

Let us know how this goes!

Hi! Yes that is correct, some data is missing for some days. Other dates seem to be ok.

Do you know a possible reason for why this happend for those days?

    Hi there @marteherness ??

Do you know a possible reason for why this happend for those days?

Thank you for your patience! We are experiencing an unusually high volume of support requests at the moment, and that has affected our response times.

Just to clarify, did you already have a chance to follow the steps my colleague shared with the previous response in this thread?

How did it go with sorting them by their creation date, and clearing the cache?

    Cheers!

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if you need any further help with this.

    Cheers!
