wp-content/wflogs folder
-
Hi all,
today I noticed this folder (written on the subject) inside my websites installations of WordPress 4.5.2. I have also the Worfence plugin installed.
Given the obscure contents inside the files:
$ ll totale 96 drwx---r-x 2 marcob marcob 4096 mag 24 18:33 ./ drwxrwxr-x 4 marcob marcob 4096 mag 24 18:27 ../ -rw-rw-r-- 1 marcob marcob 40083 mag 24 18:27 attack-data.php -rw-rw-r-- 1 marcob marcob 2402 mag 24 18:27 config.php -rw-rw-r-- 1 marcob marcob 133 mag 24 18:27 .htaccess -rw-rw-r-- 1 marcob marcob 251 mag 24 18:27 ips.php -rw-rw-r-- 1 marcob marcob 18801 mag 24 18:27 rules.php -rw-rw-r-- 1 marcob marcob 13385 mag 24 18:27 wafRules.rules
I would ask if these are data files for wordfence or are something else. I can provide you a zipfile if necessary, let me know it.
I couldn’t find much information googling on this subject, and this made me worry a bit.
Thank you in advance.
