• Hi,

I have this error: wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-shipping-zone.php on line 130

My template develomper (PORTO) said this:

The “Undefined array key ‘OR'” warning in class-wc-shipping-zone.php (WooCommerce) usually occurs due to a missing or incorrectly formatted shipping setting. Here’s how to resolve it:

    1. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping Zones.
    2. Ensure that all shipping zones are properly configured.
    3. If you see an empty or misconfigured zone, delete it and re-add it.
    4. Save changes and check if the issue persists.

If it doesn’t resolve your issue, please reach out to the woocommerce plugin support team to resolve your issue.

This don’t resolve the problem, so I contact you

    thank you

    Hi @miruko,

I understand how frustrating it can be to face issues like this. To better diagnose the problem, could you let me know where exactly you’re encountering this error? Additionally, please provide your system status report by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get Report > Copy for Support, and share it via https://pastebin.com.

    Hello miruko,

    Thank you for your reply.

May I ask when this issue started?
Also, have you noticed any problems with the functionality of WooCommerce?

Could you please share screenshots of your shipping configurations?
I want to review the configuration and make sure this warning is caused by a misconfiguration.

Looking forward to your response. ??

it started suddenly, without me changing anything in the shipping zones configuration

    Hi @miruko ,

The error you’re encountering is due to an unrecognized country code (“OR”) in your shipping settings. This typically happens when a country code that doesn’t exist or isn’t supported by WooCommerce is added to the shipping zone.

To resolve this, I recommend reviewing your shipping zone settings and ensuring that the country codes are correct. You can refer to this list of supported country codes: Supported Countries.

If “OR” is incorrect, simply remove or replace it with the appropriate country code from the list.

    Thank you.

    Hi @miruko,

I understand that you’re looking for assistance, and I truly appreciate your cooperation in making the troubleshooting process smoother. However, your responses have been somewhat inconsistent, and it seems that some of the questions asked haven’t been fully addressed.

As mentioned earlier, this issue is often caused by misconfiguration in shipping zone setting, so it would be best to start troubleshooting from there.

    Please provide the following screenshots:

    • Your General Settings page: WooCommerce > Settings > General
    • Your Shipping page: WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
    • Your Shipping settings page

I’ll be waiting for your response.

Hi @mosesmedh , I understand that my answers are not satisfactory, I would gladly provide you with my screenshots but I don’t think this public forum is the right place, do you have an address/place where I can send my sensitive data without everyone seeing them?

    Thank you

    Hi @miruko ,

I appreciate your willingness to share screenshots. Currently, there isn’t a private way to send them through this forum. However, you can blur or redact any sensitive information before uploading them.

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. I have checked it, and everything appears fine at the moment. However, this issue might be caused by a plugin conflict.

For testing purposes, could you please deactivate the following plugins: Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce and Japanized for WooCommerce, and check if you still see the same error message?

If the issue persists, please try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and see if the error disappears.

For more details on how to run a conflict test, you can refer to this article:
    How to test for conflicts

Let me know how it goes!

    Hi @miruko,

Thank you for responding. Are you referring to the same error code “wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-shipping-zone.php on line 130”, or is it a different line of error this time?

    Thread Starter miruko

    (@miruko)

    Hi @mosesmedh

yes this same error code wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-shipping-zone.php on line 130

Disabling “Japanized for WooCommerce” two of the three lines of this same error disappear so they can be attributed to that plug-in

disabling all plugins leaves only one line of error code

    Thank you

    Hi @miruko,

Thanks for the clarification. Before diving deeper into troubleshooting, let’s try one more step. Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront while keeping all other plugins disabled except WooCommerce. Let me know if the last error code still appears or if it disappears.
