WP Content Filter – Registration/Username Filter??

    The Plugin works by filtering content just before it is rendered on the screen. So what you need would require some more custom coding to extend the Plugin as it is very different from the way it works.

    You might want to try Gravity Forms, you might be able to use that to prevent certain fields from containing profanity.
