• Installed plug in and activated it. But the instruction say
    “You need to add the <!–contact form–> to the body of the post/page in the editors HTML mode”

    I found the HTML editor for the plug in but at what point must this statement be installed?

    Sorry I am an infant in HTML
    Thanks

  • You just create a Page named…say…Contact – then just input the short code in the body
    <!--contact form-->
    save the page
    the contact form will now magically appear on that page

    Samuel, thank you for your bravery in addressing my obvious thickness. For what is worth I thought that when the instructions said to insert the code <!–contact form–> inside the “body” I assumed the “body” to be found inside the extensive HTML code of the plug-in itself. And looking at that code nowhere I found the <body> tag which I assume to identify the code that comes next.
    In the instance there seems to be an HTML page where “body” is not a <body>.
    Have a good week end.

    ha ha it’s cool

    when you create a Page, there is a title and the the body means the spot where you type your content
