WP Consulting agreement

    Hi

    I know a lot of us here are independant contractors.

    Does anyone have verbiage or a sample consulting agreement? I’m looking for something between a WP designer/installer/consultant and a client.

    Typically, people can “Shine to glisten” and the like all day long. I’m wondering how people control scope?

    I was considering adding verbiage like “Client will pick from <link> templates; on approval, that specific template will be chosen and all copy as provided by client will be loaded into the template”.

    Obviously, this wouldn’t cover completely custom theme development, but I have a client that’s (like many of them) not sure what they want, but pretty sure that what is provided isn’t it. This is for a fixed-fee, so i’m looking for a way to contain scope, in addition to developing a standard consulting agreement.
