wp-config.php

My locahost site was all working brilliantly, i was ready to put on to my server, so went to dashboard, general and started to change the information from localhost to my site address. I saved the changes, then realised that i wanted to add another small plug in, but now cannot get back into localhost. I thought General was altered by: wp-config.php but that shows as localhost.
I can access the site with https://localhost/wordpress/
if i go to https://localhost/wordpress/wp-login.php it comes up as a very basic form.
i put in my details and click login i then get taken to
https://www.my-site-name.co.uk/wordpress/wp-login.php
any ideas as to how i can put this right please
