    Yep, you’re missing a step. The WP Redis plugin (and many other Redis plugins) require the PHPRedis extension to be installed on your server.

    It doesn’t look like it’s installed in your case, or active for your PHP instance, so you’ll need to figure that out before you can use WP Redis.
