wp-config leftovers

Found this on a staging, that have no cache plugin installed. (it has 10web booster in the live site). It is in wp-config.php

As you see, I am hosted in SG. Should I remove this? Or should I reinstall and uninstall again. I am not using 10web booster anymore (on this site!)

I do not want any leftover, please.

I am considering to upgrade, is really effective, but not in this site. (BTW the live site is https:madrynweb.com
